Offered by Arch MI, this free online course can be taken any time, from any location with internet access. Click on “Landlord Education Certificate course for Landlords of 2-4 unit Primary Residence properties” module. You must create an account with your email and password.
When prompted for “Branch code,” enter “Arch MI.”

RIHousing customers who are first-time homebuyers are required to take a Homebuyer Education class prior to closing. NOTE: for co-borrowers, only one borrower is required to take the Homebuyer Education class.
