LandlordCert.Org offers a HUD-approved, on-demand landlord education course that is self-paced and available 24/7. The course requires a one-time fee of $99 (discounted rate of $69 available based on income eligibility).

Homebuyer Education Classes
RIHousing’s Homebuyer Education Classes help prospective homebuyers understand the process of buying and keeping a home. Check out our Steps to Buying a Home and register for a Homebuyer Education class today.
RIHousing customers who are first-time homebuyers are required to take a Homebuyer Education class prior to closing. NOTE: for co-borrowers, only one borrower is required to take the Homebuyer Education class.
