GREENRIDGE COMMONS, Burrillville

Developed by NeighborWorks Blackstone River Valley, Greenridge Commons features 96 rental homes in the village of Pascoag, helping the town meet the state goal of 10% affordable housing stock. It consists of 75 townhomes of Greenridge Commons, and Greenridge Downtown, which includes 21 apartments in three mixed-use buildings in the commercial center of Pascoag Village. Greenridge Commons ensures the preservation of 116 acres through a conservation easement. The homes stay true to the town’s charming architecture and history. Homes range from one to three bedrooms with affordable rents for those earning up to 60% of the area median income (AMI). The development received funding from many sources including Building Homes RI funds, 9% Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) and permanent financing from RIHousing and Citizens Bank.
