Virtual Homebuyer Education Class

“Get Educated!” from the comfort of your home! Our virtual Homebuyer Education Classes help prospective homebuyers understand the process of buying and keeping a home.
Customers who are first-time homebuyers are required to participate in the class prior to closing on a RIHousing loan. (for co-borrowers, only one borrower is required to take the Homebuyer Education class)
