Continuum of Care: Grant Management

Target Audience: Target Audience: Supervisory and Management Staff at CoC/YHDP Projects, including, Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH), Rapid Rehousing (RRH), Joint TH/RRH and Supportive Services only (Coordinated Entry, Outreach, YHDP). Content covered will be relevant to both Recipient and Subrecipient agency staff.
This session will provide an overview of the key activities involved in successfully managing a CoC grant and a CoC subaward.
Topics covered will include: CoC Competition & ESnaps, Awards & Grant Agreement Execution, Significant & Minor Grant Changes, Recipient Subrecipient (& Other Partner) Roles, Project Occupancy & Spending, Participant Eligibility, Homelessness Management Information System (HMIS), Systems Performance Measures (SPMs), Annual Progress Reports (APRs), Renewal Evaluation, Reallocation, Data System Quick Reference, Monitoring/Subrecipient Monitoring, Subrecipient Agreements and Payments, CoC Annual Timeline.
The training will be held virtually over Microsoft Teams.
