Application Instructions:
To apply, please Log In or Register. Once you’re logged in, click New Application to get started.

When starting a new application for HOME-ARP Production Fund, you will see three initial areas to fill out: Project Name, Property Type, and Construction Type. Please fill in your property name/project name, choose “Multifamily” from the Property Type drop down, and then choose either New Build or Remodel from the Construction Type drop down – either choice will bring you to the application and will not affect your application. Once filled out, click “Submit” and you will be brought to a new page where you can choose the HOME-ARP Production Fund.
