Developed by the Women’s Development Corporation, Pine View Apartments is an affordable housing development located in Exeter, Rhode Island. The development features 40 affordable apartments comprised of five one-bedroom and 35 two-bedroom residences, within a planned residential community. Of the 40 units, three units are restricted up to 30% of AMI, five units are restricted up to 50% AMI and 32 are restricted up to 60% AMI. Pine View features the best of rural South County- located on South Country trail and near Route 2, residents have easy access to shopping centers, walking trails and some of Rhode Island’s most beautiful natural spaces.
The funding for this development came from various sources including Low Income Housing Tax Credit proceeds, BHRI funding, HOME Funds, Capital Magnet Funds, and Housing Trust Funds.
