Every unit in Lonsdale Memorial Lofts, a mix of studio, one-, and three-bedrooms, is reserved for households earning up to 80% of the Area Median Income, which for a family of two in Lincoln is $73,200.

Built in 1982 as affordable senior and disabled housing, POAH purchased the property in 2006 to ensure that tenants would not be priced out of their homes.

The draft plans and AI will be available for public review between May 27 and June 26 and are accessible online at www.housing.ri.gov or RIHousing’s website at www.rihousing.com/research-reporting/. These efforts are essential to securing and directing federal funding from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) through the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships Program, Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG), and the National Housing Trust Fund (HTF).
